Custom Created Leather Dog Collars and Leashes

Leather is classic, sophisticated, and if given a little care, wears better over time.  I take great pride while hand crafting each piece I make.   I offer several choices such as dye colors and choice of embellishments that gives you the opportunity to design a masterpiece for your companion.

Here are some of the features and details that go into each collar and leash:

Cut and tooled from high quality genuine leather.
Inside each collar is an additional layer of leather for a superior finish.
An additinal d-ring has been added to accommodate tags and leash attachment.
The dyes I use are eco friendly and non-toxic.
The leather is sealed and polished using a proprietary technique.
I use high quality hardware that has been tested to endure the test of time.
Safety is of utmost concern, which is why I double rivet high stress points.
Edges are rounded for a comfort fit, sealed and burnished.
Additional dee rings can be added to accommodate tags/leash attachment.
Made with high quality hardware and extra rivets on high stress points.
Collars up to 3/4" will have the leash d-ring between the layers.

Collars 3/4" or wider will also have the following features:

A modern style buckle is part of the fashion.
The leather layers will be sealed and hand stitched together using a saddle stitch which is stronger than machine stitching.
The thread I use is braided nylon coated with wax which is super strong and weather resistant.
Care is taken down to the smallest detail as I dye and seal the inside of each buckle hole.
An extra detail is in the oval shape of the buckle holes.
Collars 1" and over will be tapered in the front so it will not pinch your dog's neck freeing them for a comfortable range of motion.
Collars over 1", the d-ring for leash attachment will have hidden rivets for a sleek finish.

Classic Collar  
Includes 2 Dee Rings, No embellishments, Buckle on the front of the neck, and your choice of dye inside and out.  I can also stamp a name/phone number on the inside for collars that are 3/4" wide or larger.  Once I know the length of the collar you need, I can verify it will fit.

Add Synthetic Turquoise Gemstones or Crystal Rivets
This is the classic collar with added gemstones or crystal rivets.  Please see the gallery for styles and selections available.

Conchos Only 
Conchos are works of metal that have a screw head attachment.  A list of available conchos and their dimensions are available in the Leather Dog Collar Gallery (link above).

Please check the size of the conchos available to verify that they will fit properly on your collar.  There is a limited supply of conchos available for 1/2" collars, but they are available.
